I had a good/bad experience somewhere. What should I do?

Leave a review about your charging station experience! Tap on the station icon and proceed to tap on the charger label with the information icon:

Next, tap the "Check In" button:

Select the appropriate check-in option and leave any information or tips you would like to share with the rest of the plug-in vehicle community!

Remember to estimate how long you will be charging for and leave a note if you are OK with another driver unplugging your vehicle if it is fully charged up and you aren't back yet. 

By letting the rest of the community know, you can save a lot of time for the next person. If you find a killer coffee shop nearby, be sure to include that in your review as well!

Be sure to add the power level information

3. Waiting to charge: 

**Let others know how long you have been waiting for the charger to become available**

4. Could not charge: 

**Let other drivers know if you could not charge and what the problem you experienced was**

5. Leave a tip about your experience at this charging location: 

Checking-in while you charge and letting others know about your charging experience really helps out other drivers. By letting the rest of the community know how long you plan to charge or if you ran into a problem with a charging station, you can save a lot of time for the next person. If you find a killer coffee shop nearby, you should be sure to include that in your review as well!

6. Don't forget to check out when you are done charging so others know the station is available: 

Tap on the "Check Out" check mark button to check-out of the charging session

No matter where you are in the app, you can get back to your check-in status by tapping on the green check-in icon on the bottom tab menu.
